    The Room Itself

    Roughly a third of the house, walled off and yours alone. Long tables for the food, lounge seating for the spectators, and space to actually mingle instead of shouting across a booth. Decorate it, rearrange it, make it yours for the whole booking.

    A Private Multisport Sim

    The room has its own multisport simulator — not a slot in the rotation, not a shared screen. Championship golf, closest-to-the-pin contests, and arcade-style games that need zero golf experience. Everyone from the ringer to the first-timer gets swings all night.

    Your Own Bartender

    A dedicated bartender works your room, so nobody queues at the main bar while the toast goes flat. Thirty-plus rotating taps of beer, cider, and hard seltzer, pitchers on deck, and zero-proof options always pouring.

    Shareable platters built for a crowd — appetizers, pizzas, burgers, wings, and deli sandwiches, timed to land when you want them. Food comes to the room; the party never has to leave it.

    Your Playlist, Your Volume

    You run the music in the room, not the bar's playlist. Screens for a slideshow or the game, lighting that can do birthday-loud or shower-soft, and a door that keeps your noise in and everyone else's out.

Bigger than the room? Multi-sim tournaments and full-house buyouts will be on the table too, once the doors open.

Before You Ask

How many people does the room hold?

The room seats 40 comfortably with the sim running. Planning bigger? Multi-sim setups on the main floor and full-house buyouts will both be options once we open.

Do my guests need to know how to golf?

Not even a little. The sim runs arcade-style party modes — closest-to-the-pin, mini games, long-drive contests — that first-timers pick up in one swing. The ringers can play Pebble Beach; everyone else can play darts with a driver.

What's the drink situation?

Thirty-plus rotating taps of beer, cider, and hard seltzer, plus zero-proof options — we don't pour liquor as of yet. A dedicated bartender works your room for the whole event.

Can kids come?

Yes — all ages are welcome until 8pm, and weekend mornings are built for kids' birthdays with junior clubs, kid-friendly game modes, and a party host. After 8pm the venue is 21+.

What about food and cake?

The kitchen builds shareable platters — appetizers, pizzas, burgers, wings, and deli sandwiches — timed to your party. Bringing a birthday cake or cupcakes? Absolutely; we'll have plates ready.

When does the room open?

With the rest of the venue, Fall 2026. Once we're open, the room runs during regular hours: Wednesday–Thursday 3pm–10pm, Friday–Saturday noon–11pm, Sunday noon–9pm.

How will pricing work?

Every event will be quoted custom based on headcount, hours, and food — no cookie-cutter packages. Booking opens closer to opening day.
